Auction Appoints Assistant GM

America’s Auto Auction Boston announces the appointment of Liz Morich as Assistant General Manager, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the automotive remarketing industry to the role.

Morich joins the Boston team with a well-rounded background spanning sales, operations, and executive leadership. She previously spent many years with ADESA Boston, where she held a variety of roles across the organization before ultimately serving as General Manager. Her experience provides a deep understanding of auction operations, customer service, and both dealer and institutional relationships.

In her new role, Morich will focus on supporting customers, strengthening the auction’s growing institutional business, and continuing to build on the culture that defines the Boston operation. She will work alongside General Manager Richie Delfino to further position the auction for continued growth.

“Liz brings an immediate level of experience that will make an impact from day one,” said Richie Delfino, General Manager of America’s Auto Auction Boston. “She understands this market, she understands our customers, and most importantly, she understands what it takes to build strong relationships. I’m excited to partner with her as we continue to grow the Boston operation.”

Morich’s appointment also reflects the company’s broader investment in leadership talent to support continued expansion.

“Liz’s experience across both operations and customer relationships makes her an outstanding addition to our team,” said Bill McCready, Regional Vice President. “As we continue to grow our institutional presence in Boston, her leadership will play a critical role in strengthening those partnerships and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers.”

America’s Auto Auction Boston hosts a weekly Wednesday sale at 9:00 a.m., serving a diverse base of dealers and commercial customers. The auction also expands its reach through a weekly mobile sale every Thursday at 2:30 p.m., providing added flexibility and access for buyers and sellers. Known for its relationship-driven approach, the Boston location consistently delivers a high-quality, reliable experience for its partners.

For Morich, those relationships have been the foundation of her career.

“What I’ve always valued most about this business is the relationships,” she said. “Whether working with dealers, commercial consignors, or our team, success comes down to trust, communication, and consistently doing what you say you’re going to do. I’m excited to join America’s Auto Auction Boston and be part of a team that shares that mindset.”

As the Boston location continues to expand its institutional footprint, Morich’s experience and leadership will play a key role in driving that growth while maintaining the service-first approach customers rely on.
