DriveCentric, RockED Partner Up

RockED and DriveCentric have announced a partnership designed to connect employee performance data and training, enabling dealership teams to better understand performance and train to specific gaps across sales operations.

Operational systems like DriveCentric’s AI Engagement Platform help dealerships improve sales performance by creating more meaningful customer engagement across every department. Yet despite decades of technological innovation, average salesperson productivity has remained relatively unchanged at approximately 10 to 12 vehicles sold per month since the 1980s, according to Glenn Mercer, president of the Cleveland consulting firm GM Automotive.

That’s why combining operational intelligence with continuous coaching and micro-industry training through RockED creates such a powerful opportunity, equipping dealership teams with both the technology and AI and the skills needed to improve productivity, customer experience, compliance and long-term performance.

To address this gap, RockED and DriveCentric, the leading AI Engagement Platform for dealerships, have partnered to bring these insights together into a single experience. Performance gaps can be tied directly to relevant training and certification pathways within RockED, helping teams take more targeted action. This also provides managers with visibility into training progress within DriveCentric, allowing dealership teams to view performance and development alongside one another and create a clearer connection between sales activity and skill development.

The combined capabilities will be made available to mutual RockED and DriveCentric customers later this summer, with early collaboration underway with select dealership groups.

“Dealerships have always had access to performance data but improving that performance has often been a separate challenge,” said Matthias Stoever, Co-Founder and CEO of RockED. “This partnership helps close the loop between performance and development, giving teams clearer direction on where to focus.”

Overall, the partnership reflects a shared commitment by RockED and DriveCentric to support more effective performance management across dealership teams.

“Compliance and training in today’s rapidly evolving compliance and regulatory environment are essential,” said Matt Leone, CEO of DriveCentric. “By combining DriveCentric’s centralized customer and operational data with RockED’s industry-leading training and certification platform, dealerships can better equip their teams with the knowledge they need, from creating high-quality customer videos natively in DriveCentric to improving tire sales with DriveCentric’s upcoming Service Engagement Hub, to maintaining FTC compliance and OEM standards, to feeding DriveCentric’s newest Performance Agent. We’re thrilled to welcome RockED to our rapidly growing Partner Hub ecosystem.”
