DealerSocket Acquires Auto/Mate Featured

DealerSocket, Inc., provider of automotive software solutions, announced that the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Auto/Mate, a Dealer Management System (DMS) software provider for automotive dealerships.

Upon closing, the combined company will support more than 9,000 dealerships and well over 300,000 active users.
