The firm said the move underscores the company’s commitment to “providing unparalleled expertise in delivering tech-enabled risk management solutions to the automotive finance industry and compliance.”

With over 15 years’ experience working inside and alongside financial institutions, Ewing’s understanding of regulatory frameworks and his track record of delivering tech-enabled solutions to ensure compliance with them will be invaluable as F&I Sentinel continues innovating in a dynamic market, the company stated.

“Frank’s addition to our board comes at a pivotal moment in our company’s trajectory,” said Stephen McDaniel, CEO of F&I Sentinel. “His experience leading fast-growth, technology-first organizations, along with his deep roots in regulatory compliance innovation, will help us sharpen our competitive edge as we continue scaling our platform and transforming how the automotive finance industry approaches risk management.”

I look forward to supporting the company’s continued growth and innovation.”
