“I am both grateful and excited to lead Reynolds and Reynolds as acting CEO,” Walsh stated. “I have had the opportunity to work hand in hand with our executive team for many years. It is the most talented and experienced team of leaders in our industry, and I cannot wait to continue our growth trajectory.”
Reynolds and Reynolds, founded in 1866, has focused in areas like eContracting, digital retailing, artificial intelligence, and robotics in recent years.
“Our extremely talented and passionate associates will continue to drive innovation,” concluded Walsh. “The reason we all get up and come to work every morning is to help our customers be as successful as possible. The future of our company and our industry is bright, and I couldn’t be more excited to lead Reynolds and Reynolds.”
