Ben Murdock has been hired as senior vice president of revenue of America’s Group, including America’s Auto Auction and AXLE Funding.

As SVP of revenue, Murdock will take responsibility for the company’s commercial and dealer sales teams. He will also oversee marketing and the information technology stratagem.

“Ben has an exceptional ability for building high-performing teams that push for successful results,” said Chuck Tapp, CEO of America’s Group. “His experience in change management and ability to guide organizations through transformational shifts is the leadership match we want.”

Murdock says, “When I first stepped into this role, I knew we were setting a course of expansion and change. I thrive in that environment, and I am energized to have a team excited to take on the challenge with me.”

Murdock earned his MBA from Arizona State’s Thunderbird School of Global Management and has 25 years of experience in the auto remarketing industry. He resides in Mesa, Ariz., with his wife and three children.
