NAFA Expands Staff

NAFA Fleet Management Association, the vehicle fleet industry’s largest membership association, has expanded its workforce for the betterment of certification and education content strategies.

As NAFA’s director of content strategy, Lilly Grossman is responsible for overseeing NAFA’s education programs by directing the continued development, implementation, and evaluation of educational resources and activities.

In addition, she will be identifying, assessing, and developing recommendations to meet ongoing member education and training needs. During her 15 years of experience, Grossman was most recently an instructional systems designer, where she worked with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to implement appropriate and engaging training solutions for a variety of audiences.

NAFA appointed Marci McNeal, CAE, as the new regional engagement manager, serving as the main contact for NAFA’s regions and their volunteer boards. In this position, McNeal will be providing operational, logistical, and strategic support in the execution of regional activities. These activities will enhance membership value and fuel member engagement. McNeal has over 25 years of experience in association management, communications, and leadership functions.

Natasha Patterson, ACA, in the role of manager of credentialing & professional recognition, oversees the overall success of NAFA credentialing and recognition programs. More specifically, Patterson will manage the positioning, management, and administration of the Certified Automotive Fleet Manager program. Patterson brings more than 20 years of certification management experience and prior to this position.
