Polly Acquires Driven Data Technology

Polly (formerly known as DealerPolicy), an insurance marketplace for automotive retail, has acquired automotive marketing and analytics company, Driven Data Technology.

Under the terms of the asset purchase agreement, existing customers of Driven Data will become customers of Polly.
