Credit Bureau Connection, a provider of credit report and compliance solutions, has hired David Carner as CEO, effective immediately. CBC is backed by Capstreet, a Houston-based lower middle market private equity firm.

A strategic and transformative business leader with 30+ years of experience in technology, M&A and business development, Carner was most recently senior Vice President of Residential Solutions at MRI Real Estate Software, a global provider of property management solutions for residential and commercial clients. Prior to MRI, Carner was senior vice president of residential solutions at First Advantage Corp., a background screening solutions provider. He previously spent more than 20 years at RealPage, a global provider of SaaS products for the rental housing industry He holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
