British automaker Rolls-Royce plans on going fully electric by 2030. The company has been working on its first fully electric model, the Spectre, and is in the process of putting the car through Rolls-Royce's most rigorous testing program ever. Plans are to have the car available for purchase in the fourth quarter of 2023.
