Education is seen as the answer for everything. The CFPB considers financial literacy the solution to consumers' problems. After the clashes in Charlottesville, there were calls for educating people to end racism. And now there is talk of training to do away with sexual harassment. Let me save you some time and provide this lesson free of charge: Nobody wants to see it. Your spouse or significant other, maybe. Maybe. And you can pay somebody to see it. But otherwise, nobody wants to see it. It doesn't matter how any Oscars you've won. It doesn't matter where in the world you are. It doesn't matter that your name is in big letters in front of the dealership. Nobody wants to see it. Now you know.
