I Started a Joke Featured

A few years ago, I opened an NABD conference by describing what seemed like the worst aspects of buy-here, pay-here. The punchline was that I was describing a lease from BMW. Everybody had a good laugh. But now it turns out the feds are looking at BMW's leasing program and the way some dealers target service members. I guess that in jest there is truth.
