Finance Tech Firm Appoints Executive

AutoGravity announced the appointment of Stuart Holmes as executive vice president of business development. 
“With over a decade of leadership in the automotive finance industry, Holmes is a natural fit for our management team,” said Andy Hinrichs, founder and CEO of AutoGravity. “He brings a wealth of experience developing strategic partnerships combined with strong overall business acumen. He will accelerate our growth by building new partnerships to drive even more users to the AutoGravity platform.”
Prior to joining AutoGravity, Holmes served as co-founder and chief marketing and business development officer for SpringboardAuto.com where he was responsible for product design and building partnerships.  Prior to SpringboardAuto.com, Holmes led business development at CarFinance Capital.
Holmes received his MBA in finance from Kennesaw State University and a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Georgia.

Autotrader, Tapad Reveal Study Results

Tapad recently revealed findings from a campaign conducted with Autotrader that showed Autotrader's premium audience, combined with the Tapad Device Graph, delivered significant audience extension across desktop, mobile, and tablet to drive awareness and maximize both reach and delivery across screens.
To help analyze shopping behaviors across multiple devices, the global automotive brand for this campaign turned to Autotrader and Tapad, who created a cross-device pre-roll video strategy with a focus on viewability, concentrating on potential customers already searching for vehicles. By using a one-to-one connection, instead of look-alike modeling, Tapad also ensured that the automotive brand discovered only new consumers across all of their devices.
This approach discovered a new potential audience of more than 14 million consumers, eliminated communication waste and the risk of duplicates, increased overall performance, and ensured more of the campaign dollars reached meaningful audiences. Overall, this case study represents a leap forward in terms of audience-based targeting and the highly sought-after multi-touch attribution modeling.

Westlake Uses Equifax Dealer Intelligence Platform

Westlake Financial has agreed to use Equifax’s dealer intelligence platform, TradeSight, to manage and monitor its dealer relationships.
TradeSight helps analyze originations, current and future dealer partners and performance of the contracts booked through dealer partners. It works by combining Equifax consumer credit information with dealer and vehicle data from third-party data sources to assess the dealer network and establish peer benchmarks to help evaluate dealers’ credit risk.

MetroGistics Hires Business Development VP

MetroGistics has hired Susan Moritz as vice president of business development. In this new position, she will be responsible for leading and growing the OEM and Mega Dealer business segments.
 Moritz has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, including positions with Cox Automotive, Finance Express, KAR Auction Services and ADESA.
Active in the community, Moritz sits on the board of Indianapolis Ballet and chairs the marketing committee for Chaucie’s Place, an organization whose mission is to prevent childhood sexual abuse and adolescent suicide, where her husband serves as executive director.
