Auction Draws GSA Sale

daa-oklahoma-city.gifDealers Auto Auction of Oklahoma City is getting a jump on the warming market, with a big GM Factory Sale in February and the announcement that GSA will return to the auction in March.

Auction owner and general manager Gary Smith reports that the auction welcomed a big crowd to a 400-unit GM Factory Sale, held on two lanes on Feb. 19. A large inventory and a variety of incentives kept the bidding brisk and sales strong throughout the event. Smith indicated that the sale featured more than Chevrolet Impalas, and buyers took advantage of transportation assistance when buying them: $50 per vehicle when buying four or fewer, and $100 per vehicle when buying five or more. All GM buyers also qualified for drawings for two flat screen TVs at the end of the sale.

"We are also looking forward to opening our doors once again to our public customers as well as our regular dealers at our first GSA sale of 2013," said Smith. GSA returns to DAA/OKC on March 28 with 150-plus cars, trucks and SUV's.
