Michigan’s Secretary of State has summarily suspended the license of a Flint used-vehicle dealer for allegedly failing to follow proper record-keeping procedures required by law.

Mamoon Alenooz has been suspended from operating Mike’s Cars LLC, located at 2101 S. Dort Highway, after two compliance inspections found violations.

Secretary of State regulatory agents conducted an inspection of Mike’s Cars recently and discovered nine vehicles sold to customers that the dealership hadn’t applied for title and registration within the required 15 days of vehicle delivery. Since that date, three consumer complaint cases have been investigated and an additional no-title complaint was received.

A follow-up inspection was conducted that resulted in multiple violations being issued. Investigators found that many records were not available for inspection.
