Carpliance 2019 Gives Dealers the Knowledge They Need

By Staff Writer January 08, 2019

2019 is no time to become complacent about compliance.

Regulators and attorneys are aiming at the used-car business as much as ever and new hot spots, like online privacy, flare up every day.
Fortunately, there is Carpliance 2019, an event designed to get dealers up to speed on the latest topics.

The event features attorneys from such top firms as Hudson Cook, CompliancePoint and Ignite Consulting, along with several industry insiders.
An industry overview panel provides a heads up at what’s happening at all levels, from the local city hall to the state AG’s office to D.C.

Representatives from the starter-interrupt industry will discuss what’s shaping their field, including several new state laws covering the technology.

Speaking of technology, another panel covers the latest developments in how dealers can use cell phones and the internet to connect with customers without running afoul of privacy laws.

If all this starts to seem overwhelming, there will be a panel telling dealers about ways to improve their compliance training.

Finally, the event will close out with the industry’s best closer, George Dans, speaking about closing a sale without breaking the rules.

Space is limited. Sign up now to ensure a spot and secure the best pricing.

Carpliance 2019 will take place Feb. 24-25 at the Sheraton Charlotte.
