NAAA Unveils Employment Site Featured

The National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) unveiled a new website created to help job seekers connect with member auto auctions that have jobs to fill.

AutoAuctionJobs.com is a free resource that provides information about careers in the industry, links to auction job listings and the ability to complete a general application or submit a resume.

The site is staffed by full-time talent acquisition specialist Samantha Parks, contracted by NAAA from CARS Recon recruitment services, to answer questions, review applications, screen for qualified candidates, match them to appropriate positions available and refer them to auction employers. She is available weekdays by phone, email or the online chat instant messaging feature.

Initially developed in response to a study commissioned by NAAA, "Solving the Technician Shortage," the concept was expanded to make the website a useful research tool for hiring any position a member auction may have open, from mechanics, vehicle inspectors, and condition report writers, to lot managers, clerks, detailers, and drivers.

NAAA auctions are invited to share their employment site links.
