CarMax Plans to Add 300 Jobs at Center Featured

CarMax Inc. announced it will create more than 300 jobs at its new customer experience center opening in metro Atlanta early this summer.

Over the coming months, CarMax will hire customer experience consultants, assistants and managers to work at the location. In addition, CarMax continues to grow in its CarMax Auto Finance headquarters in Kennesaw, Ga., and is hiring for approximately 200 CAF customer service positions over the next 12 months.

In December, CarMax announced the Atlanta rollout of a new customer-driven buying experience the company plans to scale nationwide. Through this new experience, customers can buy a car completely from home, in-store, or a combination of both.

Employees at the new center will assist customers over the phone or online to help them find their ideal vehicle, navigate financing, and provide any assistance needed until the customer is ready to either go to an area store for pickup or schedule a home delivery.
